Dr. Sos Agaian is a Distinguished Professor of Computer Science at the Graduate Center and the College of Staten Island, CUNY. Before joining CUNY, he was the Peter T. Flawn Professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He also served as a Visiting Professor at Tufts University and a Lead Scientist at Aware, Inc. in Boston, Massachusetts. His research spans computational vision, machine learning, AI, multimedia security, remote sensing, and biomedical imaging. Dr. Agaian has received funding from NSF, DARPA, Google, and other agencies. He has published over 850 articles, 10 books, and 19 book chapters and holds 56 patents/disclosures, many of which have been licensed. He has mentored 45 PhD students and received multiple awards for research and teaching, including the MAEStro Educator of the Year, the Distinguished Research Award, the Innovator of the Year, the Tech Flash Titans-Top Researcher Award, and recognition as an Influential Member of the School of Engineering at Tufts University. He is an Associate Editor for several journals, including the IEEE Transaction of Cybernetics. He is a fellow of the Society for Imaging Science and Technology (IS&T), the Optical Society of America (SPIE), the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), The Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA), and Member of Academia Europaea. He has delivered over 35 keynote speeches and 100 invited talks and co-founded/chaired over 200 international conferences. He has also been a Distinguished IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society Lecturer.

Tingzhong Yang, Prof and Director,Research Center for Tobacco Control ,Zhejiang University and Research center for digital health theory and management, ZJU National Health Big Data Institute. He was an advisor for the World Health Organization in delivering policy and program on tobacco control to health professions students, and served as an expert in updating CRDs section in the WHO Global Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of NCDs 2013-2020. He was an external faculty affiliate of Injury Control Research, West Virginal University, U.S, and also was invited to serve as academician of Russian Academy of Social and Fundamental Sciences named after M.V. Lomonosov(77-DVM,024010049). In recent years he published more than 120 international papers(ORCID id:0000-0001-8234-0938)and more than 170 Chinese papers. Dr. Yang s research on tobacco control was officially reported by the World Health Organization, had been selected as one of the Research Highlights of the University at the celebration of the 120th anniversary of Zhejiang University, and was introduced under the title of "Using Cultural Understanding to Stub out Killer Habit" in Nature journal. He was the Asian Editor for the American Journal of Health behavior, and currently is editor of the Global Journal of Social Sciences Studies.

Selected for the National High-Level Talent Plan A (Youth) and Distinguished Professor of Jiangsu Province. Chief Expert at State Grid Nanjing Automation Group and Visiting Professor at multiple universities, including Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology (China), University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück (Germany), University of Bremen (Germany), and New Lisbon University (Portugal). He holds a Bachelor's from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, dual Master's from Berlin University of Technology and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Bremen. He has led major projects in Germany, including the development of a smart knee bandage for real-time human motion recognition, which won Best Student Paper at the International Biomedical Engineering Conference. Eight of his papers have been designated as hot papers (top 0.1%). He is the Editor-in-Chief of Ubiquitous Artificial Intelligence and has served on editorial boards of over 40 journals, including Nature Communications. He has received the Best Reviewer Award from Sensors 2023 and the "Trustworthy Reviewer" award from the Institute of Physics (UK).

Prof. Ram Bilas Pachori's research interests include signal and image processing, biomedical signal processing, non-stationary signal processing, speech signal processing, brain-computer interface, machine learning, and artificial intelligence and the internet of things in healthcare. He was an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems and Rehabilitation Engineering (2021-2024). Currently, he is an Associate Editor of Electronics Letters, IEEE Open Journal of Engineering in Medicine and Biology, Computers and Electrical Engineering, and Biomedical Signal Processing and Control. He is also serving as a Handling Editor of Signal Processing and an Editor of IETE Technical Review journal. He is a Fellow of IETE, IEI, and IET. He has authored the textbook titled "Time-Frequency Analysis Techniques and their Applications" (CRC Press, 2023). He has 349 publications, which include journal articles (219), conference papers (91), books (11), and book chapters (28). He has also eight patents, including two granted (Australian patent and Indian patent) and six published (Indian patents). His publications have been cited approximately 17500 times with h-index of 72 according to Google Scholar.
